Our Interests
Education and Community
The Diane and Eyal Gutentag Charitable Fund supports our community and the broader community of Los Angeles, including the advancement of our children’s schools. We both attended public schools for much of our educational careers, and are committed to advancing both public and private educational institutions that are aligned with our values.
Rights for Children
The Diane and Eyal Gutentag Charitable Fund believes in giving each child the opportunities to reach the potential they were born with. We support charities throughout the world that stand up for innocent children’s basic rights that have been compromised by unfortunate situations they may find themselves in.
Homelessness
Approximately 50,000 people are experiencing homelessness in and around L.A., according to the latest count by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority. The vast majority of them live unsheltered on the streets. We are committed to helping our region curb this upsurge in housing insecurity.
Fight against Hunger
16 million American kids struggle with hunger each year. An estimated 48.8 million Americans , including 16.2 million children, live in households that lack the means to get enough nutritious food on a regular basis. As a result, about 1 in 5 children go hungry at some point during the year.
